the star of the show is definitely the Spicy Hot-Oil Noodle (Add Pork for Additional Charge) / 油泼面 . perfect amount of spice in my opinion and the noodles are always yummy.

Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodle / 孜然羊肉面 was too greasy and there was sandy aspect to the dish that could be the result of greens not being washed properly. Very disappointed!
Traditional Northern Chinese style dumplings. 100 % handmade. Steamed dumpling highlights the original flavor of the stuffing. Pan-fried dumpling adds a touch of crispiness on top of that.
