Have given this place a few tries. Burgers are hit or miss, last one was burnt on the outside and overcooked for medium. Ordered French fries once. They tasted like they were cooked four hours earlier and heated up. Got sweet potatoe fries and they were burnt to a crisp. Given the very high prices for poor quality food, I'm done with this place.

Romaine lettuce was brown, the three tiny pieces of chicken was rubbery and not edible. No caesar dressing was given at all. This was honestly the worst salad I have ever had.

First time ordering from True West. Ordered two burgers a little after 5pm. My amazing dasher Jenna had them at my house by 5:35pm. They were hot and cooked perfectly! Didn't snap a pic because we ate them to fast! Delicious!!

I have been there many times and it's alway great but this time the delivery order was not good. The nachos were hard and over cooked and the guac ipaid extra for was not on there.
A bit disappointing. I'll be back but not likely to get a takeout order again.
