I order from here JUST bc their Hashbrown are so crispy. I was extremely disappointed today. I didnt eat one bite they were wet and severly undercooked.

The restaurant told the dasher that one ofthe meals could not be made and asked them if they would like to ask me for a refund or substitute to which the dasher replied "don't worry about it". So I was still charged for my lunch but didn't get to have lunch with my coworkers.
