We had the Smokehouse 2x2 with burnt ends + brisket with green beans + sweet corn, and the BBQ Quesadilla (pulled pork). As always, the food was amazing and did not disappoint. My personal favorite is the burnt ends because there is so much flavor in every bite! The pulled pork BBQ Quesadilla that we all shared was extremely yummy and left me wanting more! We also always thoroughly enjoy the side dishes. 4 Rivers has always been consistent on the flavor of their menu and we know we can always depend on them to not leave us disappointed.

The Footlong Messy Dog was delicious with the signature sauce. Bacon wrapped jalapeños are small but delicious. Love the cornbread too!

Not bad bbq but I thought the ribs were a little tough and they were stingy with the mustard bbq sauce (the tiny cup was only half full), beans were good but the mac and cheese was less desirable to say the least. Desserts were all good!!

Their salad is generally one of my favorites but I was incredibly disappointed in the size of the COOP chicken tender. You only have the option to get one, and generally when you add them as a meal, they are quite large. This was the smallest of all the chicken tenders out of any time I've gotten them. Bummer but at least everything was delicious, even if I am still hungry.

The brisket and burnt ends were very tender, pull apart with a fork, and mostly meat versus fat. The ribs were also meaty and came off the bone, leaving it clean. Delivery came at room temperature - no hint of warmth - but with meat this good, I have a microwave and can fix that, myself. (8 / 10)
I would rank the signature sauce a 7 (1-10), neither too sweet nor acidic, slightly more tomato-y than molasses-y. Nicely spiced without overspicing, but needs just a bit more "something" to push it into a product I would seek out to purchase on its own.
The macaroni and cheese leaves much to be desired - noodles are gummy and cheese sauce milky, not cheesy. Granny would turn up her nose at this one. Gonna give it a score based on looks alone. (3/1])
Collards are too shredded (think 'coleslaw'), over-vinegared, and over-cooked. Didn't finish them. Must be Yankee collards...(1/10).
If you're looking for a real caveman experience, stick with the meat alone. You'll have to shell out a pretty penny - the meat portions are ridiculously small for the price, but excellent tasting. Overall, would give the experience 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 because I'm eating my coconut bomb while Im writing this review.
