We wouldn't get the collard greens again, they were very bland. No flavor. But the Brisket Plate was so so good. Mac and cheese was a huge side helping, and it was cheap. White cheese, was so flavorful! My bread tasted like it just. Some out of the oven!

I'm giving a more in depth review as this is a new place for us. Right away, the order was correct and these days that's rare! The meat is a bit on the bland side but the sauces were decent so that helped, the Carolina Gold sauce was the favorite. The battered fries were a hit, very good! The portions are a bit on the small side (except for the fries) for the price but that seems to be the normal for most restaurants now. The brownies were another hit, delicious! All in all, pretty decent.

I don't think I've ever called out a side in a review before, but the White Mac and Cheese is simply amazing. The BBQ itself is good but not a stand out at the price, but I keep coming back for the sides...

The brisket was fantastic, great flavor and quality, however there was not enough meat for the amount of bread. I will go with the plate next time or get the brisket alone.
