I love Abu Salim! It's my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant ever and the best i've ever had. You won't find yummier falafels or lentil soup anywhere else. Their meat is high quality and really tasty. Oh and their fluffy warm pita always hits the spot. Just the best overall and all around. I've dined in more than I have ordered through door dash and they always have wonderful service and are really nice. You'd also be supporting a family owned business. Can't go wrong with this place.

The stuffed falafel was amazing. The $22 chicken kabob plate was not. The chicken was chewy, stringy and tough and the salad was flavorless.

As others mentioned, the meat was very dry. The chicken shawarma and lamb/beef shawarma meat was cut very small and just hard and dry. We ordered the Beef & Lamb Shawarma Plate and Chicken Shawarma Plate and the Vegetarian Combo Plater but they only gave us two pita?? We should have gotten at least two more pita for the combo platter. The combo platter was good but they only gave us one dolma, which is strange for a $20 platter. We had some white sauce from halal guys which made the plate edible but would hesitate to order from here again.
