Fantastic food. Better than most sit-down restaurants. Adolfo's regular ground beef tacos are the best in town. Chicken enchiladas are great - perfectly seasoned. Seafood is very good too.

breakfast burrito was impressively big. The green chile was bursting with flavor but it's a little too thin, like it was puree with chunks of pork. I didn't like the chili relannos at all only bc they smothered it with red sauce (which I don't not care for) and the fluffy batter on the relannos absorbs it like a sponge. There is no option to sub with green chile or leave it off all together. I didn't receive my churros that I ordered. This was our 1st time trying Adolphos, to me, it was mediocre at best and items were missing so I don't think I will be ordering from there again bc I was a little dissapointed.

Definitely my favorite burrito in Pueblo. I Love Adolfo's , it's all the foods from southern California that I love.

Food looks and tastes great! Got the smothered Breakfast Burritos was a little light on meat high on potato but the smother was super spicy which I loved!!

They are consistent with their quality. Everything is seasoned properly, portioned generously, and presented attractively. I can only occasionally have the willpower to make it a block away before biting into a drive through burrito.
