The Beyond Meat Ramen with vegan black garlic broth was so flavourful and delish I will definitely order again. Food arrived super fast and was piping hot. Large portion and super filling. Just wow.

I didn't get a photo in time but it was a substantial difference from my order last week. Didn't have quite as much "stuff" in the bowl as last time. Tons of noodles but very little of every thing else -- about 90% noodles and 10% other stuff. Hoping this was just a glitch and in future there is more consistency. Delicious otherwise and will order again (Beyond Meat Ramen with vegan black garlic broth)

I have had the spicy beef ramen from the downtown location several times. I tried the new midtown location, and the ramen was disappointing. Not as spicy or flavourful as I remember from downtown. Midtown is closer to me, but if I order again it will be from the downtown location even though the delivery wait is a LOT longer.

The quality of the food has decreased considerably. I often order the rice bowls from here, and lately I've been getting old, stale rice like it's from the day before. At the beginning it was good but not.anymore

I ordered a tom yum, where the broth is with lemon and is the star of the dish, and they sent me a broth that was neither with lemon nor spicy. I wish they would send me my ramen, since what arrived was not what I ordered.
