Amazing cheesesteak with white American and cheese wiz. It's everything you can possibly need with a cheesesteak!! Definitely going to order more from here. The fries weren't the best but this place is known for their cheesesteaks so it's ok. Also, they do not skimp on meat. There's so much it's glorious for a foodie anywhere.

I love Amato’s chicken cheese steak sandwich!! It always has lots of checked along with extra cheese I add!! Best Cheese Steak restaurant in San Jose!!!!! I highly recommend this yummy restaurant!!!!!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Their Cheese Steak Sandwich (Shorty 7") is super meaty and cheesy. The flavor is wonderful. I like to order it with onions and cheese whiz, but the American cheese is great as well. The Cheese Fries are yummy. I've been going here for 8 years and I've never had a bad meal.
