Ruben is saucy and crunchy with pickles. Just the good amount of everything. The bread is also soft but cripsy. Quality ingredients made it taste great.

Well, I got a Chai Latte in a puppycupsiz, for 7.20$. At first I thought it was a mistake then when i called them they said that's the size the drink comes in.

I would expect superb customer service and attention to detail for the price you pay at this place. However, in my doordash order I didn't receive the Earl Grey Regal cake slice as requested. Poor customer service because they gave a random cake slice instead without a note to explain. The Truffle Mushy Melt is okay. The flavour is very overpowering though and best to share with someone.

I ordered a coffee and received the smallest cup I've seen and then it was filled half full so it doesn't spill and charged me full price...are you serious you would be happy to get that

Tuna sadwich is not edible by the look of it. Ruben was overcooked and not fresh compared to last time. I am concerned about the savery food in this shop.
