My steak was perfectly medium rare and the shrimp was plump and so good in the parmesan sauce. Best of all the times I've ordered it!!!

Whole Lotta Bacon Burger - so so good. excited for it leftover. there was too much for all at once -friea we're still hot and fresh
Spinach & Artichoke Dip - very creamy 10/10 and they gave me some wta Parm - above and beyond
the dasher was fast and Applebee's was fast so all my food was fresh AF

I went to pick up the order when door dash said the order should be complete. I went in and saw several employees just standing around. My food wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. When I was presented with a tied off bag, I noticed there was only 3 hot containers in the bag. I asked them to double check as there were supposed to be two salads with two hot hot containers. The person behind the counter for curbside pick up said that the meal was complete. I explained that there were only 3 containers, which all appeared to be hot inside of the bag. He then called into the back and the young woman who packed the order confirmed the bag had my complete order. I again had to explain that there were only three containers and the all appeared hot; therefore, I clearly did not have my two side salads. With a huff, she went into the back and then quickly came out with a second bad that had the two salads already inside. I'm lucky that I actually went to pick this up and that I double checked the bag I was presented with. That being said, once home, I found that there was no plastic-ware - just to add insult to injury. Imagine how unhappy I would've been had I ordered this to be door dashed to my home only to find out they had given the DoorDash-er the single bag with the main courses and no side salads. What upsets me most was all of the employees just standing around when they clearly need more than one to expedite and double check the orders going out to customers. What's the point of having someone at the counter if they are not double checking the bags? They weren't even busy. Why did I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be prepared? These are several factors that I believe contributed to the closure of the Applebees that initially was closer to my residence before it was shut down. Now this Applebees is having the same quality issues. I do have to admit the taste of everything was great. The salads that I did receive were fresh tasting. I would order again, because I actually enjoy the food. It's just the service that needs improvement. Back in the day, when I worked in food services, the saying went, "If you can lean, you can clean."

It's not really a 2 for 25 deal. It was 32+ before taxes and dasher tip. The noodles were very dry and very little of the Alfredo sauce. Very disappointed with this meal.

The shrimp and parm steak was inedible. There were two thick cords running through both sides of the meat and they went through the length of the steak. I literally was able to only cut off only two bites of meat from the entire steak.
