food would have been perfect if I hadn't been forced to eat with my epi-pen beside my meal. I had my dasher request the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp be bagged separately, she let FoH know and they said they could do that. Instead, they packaged the shrimp separate from the chicken and mashed potatoes but put everything in the same bag still. the FoH member even argued with my dasher that it wasn't "how things are done" but when I'm dropping $112 for food it shouldn't be that much trouble to put one meal in a separate bag instead of making it harder on BoH by requesting the Shrimp be put in an additional container. having worked both FoH and BoH before bagging it separate is the easier of the two options especially since it's to-go. this is the first time this location has done this though, so hopefully it's an isolated incident.

The chicken was not grilled and was grizzly and rubbery.
We ordered 2 for $22 with $5 in Up charges due to the items we selected, but we were charged over $31 before taxes.
We did not receive our appetizer.
