Was pleasantly surprised by the number of shrimp on the Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad. Glad I got extra dressing too. The Blackened Cajun Salmon was tasty, warm and very good all around.

Food was cold and poorly cooked, riblets werent no where near lathered in sauce as they advertise on the menu and they were barely cooked doesnt looked charbroiled and grilled at all, I would never recommend and i only received 8 bonless wings for $14 smh!!!

We order the Asian Oriental Chicken Salad often, but this time it was sub par. It came in a container that held way less than normal and it seemed they just used regular salad instead of the Oriental greens as it was just large pieces of salad lettuce.. I'm not sure what they used, but it was not the same at all (different from even 5 days prior). I do realize they could have been out of the proper greens and/or the containers, but not notifying the customer of such big changes to a dish is not acceptable. we will order again, but were very disappointed with what we received, as it was not worth the money and not the taste we have come to love.

Sad to see only 1/2 a cup of soup came with my order. I have ordered this many times before and never rec'd only a 1/2 cup of soup. Not worth the price I paid for it. $4.59. Should have been $2.

Well, we had to microwave our food. We waited for Kevin to bring our order in the car side pickup for 10 minutes before we finally decided that we had to go inside. I guess we should have realized once the car side pickup beside us finally went inside too. When we went in, the lady asked Kevin where the order was, he says it is still cooking then takes a sip of his drink. They weren't even busy. A gentleman came around right after with our bag saying no it's ready. The app told us it was ready 15 mins ago at this point. The steak was not cooked Well Done & my chicken breast was hardly worthy of the name. I couldn't even finish eating it with the cooked protein all over it from not being cooked slowly. I have never had a chicken breast from Applebee's look this way. They are normally thick & juicy, taking up nearly the entire bowl. The green beans were inedible, I couldn't even bite into them they would slide out from my teeth. We eat at the one in Hixson usually & will be from now on.
