the French onion soup was great! the hamburger was so good it was juicy and the onion rings were so crispy! 10 out of 10

Shrimp N' Parm Steak: the steak was very tough and over cooked & the shrimp were extremely small. The garlic potatoes and broccoli were good and all of it arrived neatly packaged and still very warm.

Normally have good experiences with Applebees. Tonight, I did not. I was missing my extra salad dressing. There were 4 onion rings in our add on, four. And they were small. Then my Grilled Chicken Tender Salad was full of water, which I didn't realize until I added my salad dressing, and realized it was all floating in the bottom because my lettuce never got drained.

Typically whe I have ordered the nachos as takeout in the past they have always separated the chips and the toppings in different containers so that the chips are crispy and the meal tastes fresh. Tonight was the first of many orders where I received the meal with the chips covered by all of the toppings. I ordered the nachos with extra beef which I normally don’t do but maybe they misread the ticket because I got nearly no beef at all. I had to search for the few bits that I found. The chips were grossly soggy and when I eat chips I want a crispy texture not a wet and soggy texture. The tortilla chips were overloaded with salt . I’m a salt lover and use way too much of it and it was too much for my liking. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back which I typically will not do. It was really bad. The nachos are normally so awesome however something went wrong with this order.

4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken was burnt. Bread sticks so hard they couldn't be eaten. Boneless chicken wings was ordered sauce on side, delived with sauce on wings. Ordered extra blue cheese, didn't get it. Overall Applebee's is 5 stars, never had a problem before.
