The bagels are ALWAYS good from this store, but the panini was disappointing. It was egg whites, that didn't seem fresh, and ham slapped between two pieces of dry toast. I expected better for the $9 price. Next time I'll stick with a bagel.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese on a roll with salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce. (Breakfast Bagel - 3 Item)
Whoever made this dumped a ridiculous amount of hot sauce on the sandwich. The bun was so soaked it was falling apart. Complete waste of money. Not ordering from here again. Use the Bagelman on Mill Plain Rd instead

Ordered a salt bagel with lox spread and received a 1/2 salt, 1/2 plain bagel with plain cream cheese. I paid $4 extra dollars for lox spread. Spent $12+ on a BEC croissant with extra bacon and extra cheese and it only has 1 piece of bacon on it and a ton of cheese. It didnt even include egg. My husband is in the hospital which is why I doordashed the order instead of picking it up myself. When you attempt to call the store location they do not answer. Will NEVER be returning to Bagelman, neither in-person nor through food delivery.

I used to love Bagelman but the past few orders have been very disappointing. Today not only was the hashbrown cold but it was hard, as if it was old. My Breakfast sandwich was very sloppy and the egg was super over cooked that the yolk part was like rubber. This is the 3rd time in a row that this has happened. i think it's time to give up and find a new Breakfast spot or at least trying a different location. very disappointed.
