Always had them rated high because of the quality ingredients and premium taste at a value cost. It's been a minute since I had a bath mi and so I gave them another go. They did not disappoint - top tier lunch.

I originally ordered the grilled 3. Bò Nướng/Grilled Beef but then they called me to let me know they use oyster sauce (im allergic to shellfish) so they suggested the pork meatball sub. It was absolutely amazing! 10/10 getting it next time

I initally received the wrong order, called the place, and left a poor review. At the owner's request, I sent an email detailing what happened and she kindly responded, took accountability, and gave me a free sandwich (though I had to show up in person). It was an honest mistake and the shop was very understanding. It seems unlikely to happen again, and this place is at least worth checking out! The tofu banh mi is very tasty.

The grilled beef is delicious but there is not enough meat on the sandwich, they really need to add more beef. I have tried two different bubble teas from here and the tea is not sweet or creamy enough by the usual standard of bubble tea, it actually tastes watery, but I am looking forward to trying their coffee.
