I like my Cappuccino Blast frozen beverage with little ice and i just want to thank the lady who assisted me when I called the Baskin Robbins on Skibo Rd. She made my drink perfect, just the way I like it. Thank you so much. You have good customer service.

Swear every time we order from here something is messed up. For example, I love ordering the Oreo layered sundae, but lately it hasn't been the same .. why? Because they haven't had hot fudge so instead they've been using just chocolate syrup and it's .. gross. If I'm paying $8 I expect it to be right.

I've ordered from them before and they have always filled up the containers. I paid nearly 30 dollars to only get half a container of a three scoop and two scoop. Feel completely jipped. Awful
