• DoorDash orderThe smallest scoops of ice cream I have ever seen from B&R for a higher price. I asked for bananas which were not provided. I will go to DQ or Cold Stone from now on. At least there is some value for the cost with them.

• DoorDash orderOrdered cookie dough several times. Usually get a packed pint from their tub but last time I got choc chip with a side of cookie dough. This time I just got choc chip. I called store and they said you cant get cookie dough cause it's not pre packed and nothing they could do. DoorDash only gave me $4 of the $18.

• DoorDash orderDid not receive what I had ordered for my daughters birthday party. It was supposed to be a 1/2 sheet what I received was way smaller than that and was only able to serve 12 plates in stead of 30 plates.

• DoorDash orderI ordered a double scoop and a hand packed quart of chocolate almond. Instead of reaching out to let me know they don't have chocolate almond, they sent a pre-packed quart of chocolate (less expensive than a hand-packed quart) and a double scoop of nutty coconut. When I called to talk to them about the order, the person said he'd get the person who prepared my order and then hung up on me instead. Now no one will answer the phone. I paid $35 for a totally wrong order.
