I love the ice cream and the store and dasher were really nice

The GALLATIN Baskin Robins does not care about you or your order. I try to request Hendersonville because the y are the best. Gallatin will put all of your toppings including your HOT toppings on your order. My banana split was nothing but floating bananas in milk. Hot fudge Sunday was the very same. They were out of Brownies and packaged wrong ice cream. When you call, the owner has the young kids who say their managers and they argue with you about your order. $30 down the drain and no ice cream. Do NOT order from Gallatin!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

I ordered a banana 2 scoop. driver called and said no banana. no strawberry ice cream. not the drivers fault. everytime we order there is 1 or 2 ice creams that are not available but they are listed. maybe revamp the menu. I don't know what the answer is. I won't be ordering again. I'm choosing somewhere else

The mangonada was sort of like chunky and I couldn't drink it. Other than that everything was good.
