We got a strawberry milkshake and a chocolate penut butter Milkshake. Super delicious. They just forgot to add the straws.

I ordered a Hot Fudge 3 3 Scoop Sundae and got chocolate sauce instead of Hot fudge. Sooo disappointed! This is not the first time this has happened either! Also I ordered a Pre-Packed Quart of Chocolate chip and received a Pre-Packed Quart of Chocolate ice cream. I Love BR ice cream and that is the only reason I keep ordering it. I would give a better rating if they could consistently get the order right.

My banana split was melted and the vanilla ice cream was old and nasty. Could not eat it. No reason for the all the ice cream to be melted like that I live 2 minutes from the store.

They continually give me prepacked quarts when I order fresh packed ones. I would never pay this much for these.
