I got the Creamy tomato, basil, soup, and a an Italian grilled cheese on sourdough bread and it was delicious. The Italian grilled cheese is the best grilled cheese I've had from any restaurant/ cafe. I'll definitely be a returing customer.

I've had the medium and it's great. It is so nice to have a healthy treat available to me. I got the large this time and it is filled mostly with base and hardly any toppings. It's not very balanced.

They forgot one of our smoothies (but I got a refund). My kids didnt really like the flavor of the Strawberry moon smoothie . I think if they had more bland smoothie options for kids that would be good. They didnt like the nut butter added in. My chocolate shake was pretty good.
Probably wont order again. Tropical smoothie is my favorite smoothie place. But if you want a healthy option near you this might be worth a try.

I've been to better bowls before never ordered and I've loved them. However. I ordered a medium with 3 flavors 2 of the three flavors were out. Instead of contacting me or asking my dasher to reach out to me for a substitutions so I could choose different ones I was suck with one flavor. Im very disappointed in how it was handled.

I got the Strawberry moon protein shake and it was so good and was a great afternoon snack to get me through the rest of the work day. I can't wait to try more items.
