Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodles the mild was spicy, as other reviewers said; my partner ordered medium and coluldnt stomach it for being so spicy, so if you have a low spice tolerance beware. i enjoyed the spice level on the mild, and had enough for two meals. definitely gonna order again and make sure my partner doesn't order above their tolerance

This meal was delicious! Seattle spicy is very different from other places' spicy and the Mala Spicy Beef Soup Noodles had my mouth on fire! But it was so good! And the Cucumber Salad (Gluten-free) was the perfect refresher!

Spicy beef soup noodles are ace! The beef could have been more tender, but the flavor, spice (medium), and serving size made up for it. So hearty and satisfying with excellent broth. Dumplings were scrumptious. Milk tea was also just as I like it. I'll be ordering again.

Love the hand pulled Vegetable Dry Mix Noodles . The spice was too much (i ordered a medium spice) unless had with the side Curry Dipping Sauce . Portion size was a bit less for the price.

This place is beyond perfect. Hangry? Perfect, have a bao sandwich. Hangover? Mmm, spicy noodle soup! Perfect. Sad and lonely in rainy Seattle? Try some delicious spicy noodles. You may not have a date, but you'll have really awesome friggin' noodles.
