Brisket, Pulled Pork and Sausage was all good, but the Mac & Cheese was bland and mushy.

Meat on three way plate was DRY. Sausage cut so thin you could see through it. The meat had no flavor as it bland. The potatoes were soupy. Peach cobbler was nothing but crust. Lesson learned

The St Louis Ribs were outstanding. I didn't use any BBQ sauce, just ate the ribs straight up.

Some of the worse flavorless bbq I have ever eaten. The meat tastes like it was several days old. Very dry and no flavor at all.

The meat had no seasoning and the brisket was dry. Was not a fan of the Jalapeño Beans or baked beans. The only good item was the loaded potatoes.
