This is my first time trying Biggby coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised!
The Cinnabuzz Latte was absolutely delicious and still warm when it arrived. I also got the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bragel which they wrapped in aluminum do it was still hot when it arrived. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Bigby is awesome!!!! I ordered a coldbrew and put in the notes that I would like oat milk if it came with milk. I also got a bagel for my girlfriend. One of the employees wrote a very sweet note explaining that the cold brew itself doesn't have dairy. They even left the cream cheese off the bagel (but included it in the bag with a little plastic knife) in case we couldnt have it! Above and beyond and so sweet! Also the coffee was incredible and the bagel was very fresh!

My bagel with cream cheese was barely toasted and there was barely any cream cheese on it. It was like they reached the bottom of the container and put it on my bagel.
Cold foam caramel coffee is phenomenal.

Been sick with Covid for the last week and ordered me and my partner hazelnut coffees to give us some energy and because we'd been craving it. Coffee was nearly undrinkable, it had a very burnt taste and pretty much no hazelnut flavor. Very disappointing.
The waffle sandwich was OK but a little soggy, probably just doesn't hold up during delivery.

Sandwiches were great. However butter bear latte taste water down. Pick up was longer than expected and no greet from employees.
