Biryani City has become one of my go to restaurants to order from when I have a craving for South Indian food. Excellent portions, always hits the spot with the flavors!
This was a group order with non- south- Asians and they did a great job adjusting the spice levels!

Dum Ka Paneer was tasty but it was too oily and I had to separate it from the curry. The quantity of the curry was lesser than other restaurants for the same price. The Paneer was soft and the gravy was tasty absolutely loved it!!

Being an Indian, I can say the spices were on point comparable to Meghana's Biriyani from Bangalore.
Meat is juicy, well marinated and spicy. Rice is fresh and flavorful. But sometimes the restaurant is not consistent with the spice and flavours. Always choose Indian Very Very Spicy(last option).
Overall, best Biriyani you can get in D.C - Baltimore Area.

We ordered CUT MIRCHI , VEG MANCHURIAN , PANEER BIRYANI , and CHICKEN BONELESS BIRYANI . All the food was very good. The VEG MANCHURIAN tasted very close to street style food from India. In both of the biryani, every bite was so flavorful (the pieces and the rice). The amount of CUT MIRCHI they gave was so much !
We thought it wouldn't be enough for two people, but one order of biryani is enough for 2-3 people, depending on how much you eat.
Definitely would recommend this restaurant. We will be ordering from here again!

I had first gotten take out from this restaurant when I was passing by it. I loved the food so much I had to look up if I could get it delivered as far out. Even after the long wait, the food didn't disappoint!
The moment you open the containers, the aroma hits you, and that's how you know it's authentic. Even for a takeout, the Vegetable Biryani was topped with fried onions and pieces of garlic were falling off the Garlic Naan . There was a lot of paneer in the rich sauce for the Dum Ka Paneer . The spice level was on point, I used up all the raita and should have ordered more.
With flavors so good, it's definitely worth a big order from Biryani City and relish the leftovers in the days to come!
