Great food! The fire broth is amazing and very burs with flavor! And the Tofu Chashu Bowl is amazing also !!

Fried Gyoza x 4 Pcs was good. I liked the sauce that came with and the filling. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea was not my favorite personally cause the tea flavor was too strong & the boba was too soft for my liking. Black Hanasaku 花咲く Ramen was absolutely delicious. I didn't like the ginger so I removed it. Just wasn't a fan of the strong taste of that. Overall good meal

The noodles and toppings were very good and high quality, but I ordered the Fire Kazan 火山 Ramen and there was no spice in the broth, just a lone chili pepper on top. Also, the broth was much too oily to eat. It was very small amount, and thick and almost pure oil- which is fine if its the style but I've eaten here in person and dont remember the oiliness of broth being an issue. I feel like something wasnt right with my order.

Im under the weather so was hoping for a really flavorful garlic broth- overall it lacked flavor and I should have asked for something spicy to kick it up. The pickle ginger was the only flavor that stood out. The pork was very lean
