Ordered: 2 cups of oatmeal latte - both EXTRA HOT.
Received: 1 cup filled with ice and 1 cup, luke warm, 3/4 full.
If the store requires that all customers go through the whole long options menu - then why would it ignore their preferences?? Particularly, if it charges $6 for a plain drink with below mediocre taste?

Since they don't cover the coffee cups completely, it of course spilled everywhere while it was being delivered. Use stickers or plastic covers like Peets to seal togo orders.

The store left out items in my order. My order was sealed so it was not the dasher. I ordered their instant Craft Instant Coffee and it was missing from my order. I could not get the full refund from DoorDash! Very disappointed that I had to pay for nothing received.
