The Pork Spare Ribs were very disappointing. There was barely and meat on it. I paid for an expensive set of Rib Bones. The Catamount Gold BBQ Sauce was good and their Mac n Cheese is better than most.

Lukewarm food, poorly chosen meat for the burnt ends (one order was just all fat). Only one small container of sauce for two orders of meat. Mediocre French fries. Great in person, bad on door dash.

Sandwich - Beef + Cheese. was phenomenal. Loved the cheese, sauce, and chopped brisket. Very tasty sandwich. The Mac + Cheese Side. was okay but didn't have a robust flavor. Overall would order again with a different side option.

Everything excellent. Plenty for 2 or 3 days! Cornbread is fantastic . Cole Slaw heavy on the mayo, but still tasty. Dasher, Matthew, was excellent, too, and right on time!

I absolutely love Bluebird and if you are looking for Southern style barbecue in the North it's the place to go. Beef Brisket pulled Pulled Pork. Coleslaw Nitty Gritty Cornbread. all were delicious as usual
