Ordered 2 house milktea boba . Was given Thai tea boba. Called to see if I could have someone take it back and fix it for me. Nobody would answer . Kept trying and when they did answer, they would just pick up, sounded like a male was saying no, and then just hung up immediately. So, pick up, instead of saying hello, said no and hung up.
First time trying the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea and it was excellent. They really need to work on customer service.

The Thai Milk Tea was delicious. The Taro Smoothie was not; it just taste like a cup of whole milk w/ sugar.

they gave me almost no boba for a large boba size drink. Proportions are off, what is the point of getting a boba drink with almost no boba

Tea was over steeped. A little bitter. Sweetness was fine but the bitterness took away from it.
