• DoorDash orderthe Bo* Fries were old, cold, and dried up. no straw for my drink. and even though I was charged for a Creamy Buffalo sauce, I did not get one. the Macaroni & Cheese was also cold and dry. I can't blame the transit time for the temp of the food either, the driver picked up my food as soon as it was ready and it was less than five minutes drive to my house. I will say the Bo's Chicken Sandwich was delicious.

• DoorDash orderSausage & Egg Biscuit was cold and undercooked. Bo-Tato Rounds® were a No-round. Please do better as food should be hot'n fresh right when store opens early morning.

• DoorDash orderNo chicken ready for an 8 piece meal. Dasher waited close to 30 minutes after being told 15 minutes to cook. Dark meat pieces were hot, but white meat pieces were not. Asked for sweet tea but received unsweet.
