Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We had gotten the $19.99 8pc Family Meal and parts of some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked and I asked for sweet tea and they gave unsweetened tea. we had also gotten a Bo's Chicken Sandwich® Combo and they didn't put my husband's side in there. We had also gotten a Southern Gravy Biscuit and it was among one of the worst ones I've ever had the texture was bad and it tasted as if there was barely any seasoning if any at all.

The biscuits were undercooked. The Sausage Biscuit had a blueberry taste. I'm not sure why. The Southern Gravy Biscuit was ok but just kinda plain. the Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit was a mess. Mine looked like it was smashed together. probably going to avoid this location from now on.

Ordered 4 Bo-Berry Biscuit® (2 x 2.) Got one. Our Dasher was made to wait a long time, even as other Dashers came in after her. Our Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits were broken, hard, and cold.

Ive already contacted doorDash about this and they were great.
The chicken biscuits were over/over cooked and tough. Worst experience we have had with bojangles.
