The business model was simple: prepare some darn amazing food, give back to the community to help keep the lights turned on, and have as much fun as the law would allow!
Amazing food! I've had most everything they have and have yet to find anything that hasn't been very good!

Ordered 1/2 and 1/2 over jambalaya and only received jambalaya... not even close... looks like someone started to make my order and just threw it in a bag

This place never fails. Consistent quality. Amazing flavor. Local as well. Ive had a few dishes a dozen times each over the years and ive never had a standout, good or bad. Youre going to get exactly what you order. It's worth checking out all menu items.
