The ice cream is not mixed well with the flavors. I got a cookies and cream cup and it was vanilla ice cream with the cookies and cream separated at the bottom. Same thing with the cake batter flavor.

I love the Banana Split; they were out of two flavors (coffee & cinnamon) for the Regular Cup I chose. They called & let me know and to see what two additional flavors I'd want. I asked for them to choose two - everything was fantastic!!

This is the first time I have ordered Bruster's through Door Dash. The quality of the Hot Fudge Brownie was incredible. There was a tremendous amountof hot fudge. Because it was a delive order, I was prepared to rec less ingredients on my sundae. Fortunately, this did not happen. I was very pleased.
In the past, workers have left off the hot fudge. This I could not understand. How can such a crucial step be forgotten?

I order from here often. Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae most times. This time, I didn't receive my chocolate syrup. I paid an extra dollar for syrup i did not receive.
