To the crew in the kitchen tonight - well done. Wings were cooked perfectly and generously sauced. Fries were also on point. And the front crew got all my ranch. Best order I've had from here.

Overcooked no sauce on over half the wings. Super dried out looked like they had been sitting for hours. Onion rings were nothing but grease not crispy.
This store is never good it's worse than brown street and that's hard to pull off.

Good all day. Solid wings (I recommend ordering them with extra sauce) and the loaded tots are so satisfying they can be a meal in themselves.

I ordered my meal around dinner time (6 PM) expecting the food to be fresh,
but the only fresh part of the meal turned out to be the carrot sticks & celery.
Chicken wings were stale and rubbery.
The potato wedges with cheese and bacon were worse - tasted like something that had been made hours if not days earlier, and then reheated several times.
I usually enjoy the wings I get here, and that's the reason why my review of the food is not worse .

Portions do not match the price. Very little fries and the boneless wings are very small. Lettuce in salad tastes old and soggy.
