Ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was burnt and so hard I could barely bite into it. Very disappointed as this burger is usually amazing!

The wings are fine my fries on the other hand I could not eat them they were overcooked

Fries were ice cold however the burger was not. Wings were good. Cheese cake had a chunk missing and no caramel included. We usually order from here multiple times a month. Will reconsider moving forward.
