Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap through doordash. The food was completely cold. The tortilla tasted like it wasn't warmed up at all and the chicken was overcooked. Fries were cold and they were extremely stingy with them. Very small amount.

This is the first time in a year that this place got my entire order correct and did not forget anything (even remembered the marinara for tbecheese sticks foo was fresh and good.

I saw a few other bad reviews, and ignored them. I wish I didn't!!
We will never order from here again, let alone go to the restaurant. the food was cold, the chicken was rubbery, the Mac & Cheese was horrible and dry and overcooked and turned into a mush not to mention we didn't even get the other half of our order, all the sides and sauces were missing.
Didn't want to get sick so I gave my food to my stray cat, that I legit got from a dumpster, and she wouldn't even eat it, and she eats everything. Please save your money and don't order from here!! I used to love bww, but ewwwww

Door dash and bww both are awful service is trash and food is basically old sitting seven eleven food except seven eleven actually changes it out once a shift.. unfortunately these delivery app have destroyed quality of food.
