I have ordered this exact order before and it was great. However, this time majority of the chicken wasnt edible due to being extremely over cooked. The queso was over filled and spilled over everywhere before receiving the order.

For the third time I've ordered from BWs I didn't receive all of my order. This time - I didn't receive the New York-Syle Cheesecake which is why I chose BWs over another restaurant. I'd always enjoyed in the past, but quite frustrating when the store can't ever get the order correct.
