The machine burger and onion rings are to die for. This and Bite Burger house are the best in town.

Good just ok. Definitely not the best burgers in town as per another review. Burger is dry. Just meh. Fries are disgusting: cooked in old, rancid oil: inedible. Not worth the price at all! Try another place.

My recent experience with Burger Factory via Doordash on Saturday, June 15th, at 8:54 PM was disappointing to say the least. I ordered one poutine and "The Utility Combo," which includes fries and a diet Pepsi, with specific instructions for the sandwich to be without onions.
However, upon receiving my order, several issues became apparent. Firstly, the poutine arrived dry, not as expected. Secondly, "The Utility Combo" was missing the fries entirely, and worst of all, there was no drink included despite ordering a diet Pepsi.
I attempted to contact Burger Factory multiple times to resolve these issues, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill the order correctly reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service.
