They customize your order after its been placed, their phone line is disconected, and they dont provide the full order that was paid for. They never have chocolate sauce either, even if ordered. This is why a 1/5 stars is appropriate.

Forgot part of my order. Fries old and gross. No ketchup either Burger King is not a king anymore
