The Philly Melt is a great concept very poorly executed. The bread was only toasted on one side, almost no vegetables or dressing. Never again.

One of my burgers were missing. I used the coupon deal buy one get one free and of course I only received one burger not two. So now I have to place a whole new door dash order to replace my missing burger and I have to pay all the fees again and another tip and of course door dash did not give me the full amount mi paid back for the burger because it was a b1g1 free item. Not cool Burger King. After I placed a new order. I used the same deal b1g1 might as well since I have to pay for 1 anyway. I called Burger King right after to let them know that I just placed an order for a b1g1 whopper and I just want them to make sure that I get 2 whoppers because I just had a DD delivered for the same deal & i only received 1 burger so im having to place another order and the associate that answered the phone apologized and sent me the burger I didnt receive in my previous order along with the two I just ordered. Thank you
