Wish HQ would improve the staffing, the staff on-hand tries their best! Besides that, burgers do be great!

They need to change the deep fryer oil and use the fryers separately. The onion rings and chicken nuggets tasted horrible. sorta a chemical taste to them.

it was fine, but almost cold by the time my order got here. i don't think they have the Mexican Street Corn Whopper® because they sent a weird sandwich that didn't have any of the ingredients listed in the Mexican Street Corn Whopper®. but the Original Chicken Sandwich was as good as it usually is

My impossible burger didn’t have cheese on it, the patty is barely cooked, barely any lettuce, overall flavorless and terrible.

This is the third time I've ordered an item and not received it with my order. I purchased a chocolate milkshake but didn't receive it with my order. The receipt shows that I was charged for a shake.
