The double cheeseburger Double Cheeseburger Meal was a disgrace. The burger was mashed and the size was not significant. The fries were cold and were not a large portion.
The Original Chicken Sandwich was overcooked and the fries were not fresh enough.

Dasher was fast. Food wasn't fresh. Whopper and onion rings were luke warm. Onion rings were soft. Old lettuce and tomatoes on the Whopper. Very disappointed.

I got the buy one get one free deal, and then added another one on a double dash but they only sent one sandwich, not honoring the deal. Door dash handeled the issue quickly and efficiently, though. So while the food was great, I didn't get the correct amount. I hate to give them 2 stars on this one but they dropped the almost " $12.00 ball" on honoring the promotion this time. Still love BK as a rule though. and Door Dash support was great. Mistakes happen 💁💁

Very very small everything else on it was amazing! But I am very disappointed with the misleading ad on the size of the burger.
