I ordered medium Thing's Rings but it was halfsies instead which was fine just wanted a bit more onion rings, they also didnt have any Gomez's Churro Fries so they replaced it with a hershey cake which 5.50-3.50 2 bucks short but the food was fine

Although I have had many bad orders and mistakes from this BK in the past, tonight's order was perfect. I have to give a 5-Star rating. Whatever crew was working 6pm on Feb 28, 2025 did a perfect job.
All items were correct, including their modifications, and the extra sauce I ordered was included. Zero complaints, and if there is new mgmt they are clearly making a difference.

Was relu to order from here because of the reviews and lo and behold they did not disappoint. No straw, no sauce for the nuggets. The nuggets were old, hard and cold couldn't eat them same with the fries and the original chicken sandwich was cold too. These workers do not care and whoever the manager is, is obviously just there for a paycheck. Do not order here unless you go in person so you can return the food if it's bad.

Burgers got even tinier than last time and the new chicken sandwich has a horrible taste. The onion rings weren't fully cooked so it was like eating warm but raw dough. Never again. Stick with Wendy's.
