This order was the BEST well packaged delivery I have ever received. I would rate the order with 5 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟⭐️ ⭐️, however I requested salt free fries, and they were not salt free, and the lettuce was wilted. The burger was fresh and cooked to perfection

The burger seems smaller than they used to be. Got the CEO, and it was tiny. My 7 year old could finish it. Too small even for me, and I dont eat that much. FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) tasted burnt even though they didn't look burnt. Maybe old oil used? The CUSTARD SHAKES were delicious though. Got the birthday cake for the kiddo and mocha for me.

The fries are soggy and the truff flavor is a scam. They just taste like regul salted fries. The burger is small. Definitely will not reorder. There are a lot of other better burger places in the area.

4.5 - I would order BurgerFi again. The only item I would not recommend is the "concrete" (CONCRETES). It was basically a ton of toppings in milk. Based on the name and the pic, I was expecting a consistency closer to ice cream or a milk shake. I put it in the freezer while I ate the other items, but the consistency remained soupy. There was no description listed, so my expectations may have been off. It was not even a little bit enjoyable. They can't all be winners - the rest of the meal was good.
I would recommend the BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER and FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) . The CHEESE SAUCE container ($1.49 for about 2.5 Tbs Velveeta-like cheese topping) is way too tiny not to be appropriately filled (mine was not). Had it been full, one container would have been adequate for 1/2 of the FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) (the smaller option offered) - which is fine, as the portion is generous. Two would be necessary if you wanted enough CHEESE SAUCE for the whole portion of fries.
