• DoorDash orderWe order often, the quality was low today. BBQ RODEO BURGER and ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER were cooked well but lacked in toppings and sauces . The FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE) were missing Cajun seasoning.

• DoorDash orderThe VEGEFI BURGER and the FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) were both greasy which has ne happened before. I hope it doesn't happen again. Everyone has an off day. Hopefully there will be no more.

• DoorDash orderThey added ingredients not marked (by client) on the burger. Fries were not fresh and they send a small amount of cheese and chili in small cups. Nothing like the illustration. Won't be order again while I remember.

• DoorDash orderReceived the ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER without bacon. Selected Cheddar cheese, got Swiss cheese. Didn't receive all the additional ingredients selected. Ordered the FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE) with truffle oil, received the basic one. My previous experience eating at their restaurant was good. Today's food was unacceptable.
