The Best Ever! Truffle burger was cooked perfectly, fries with jalapeno and cheese was Amazing! The Best customer service, they went above and beyond, bringing my order out to me because I had my little dog with me..., I will definitely order again!

If you're looking for good food fast, this is a great place to get it! We almost always get the same things, but the food always tastes fantastic and the price is right (cheaper than most delivery). Ordered chicken strips and usually request chili sauce and BBQ. They included both, even though I only asked for BBQ tonight, so clearly they pay attention and remember their customers.

Burgers were ok but you can get better burgers from other places. Fries serving was really small. You can get a better meal for the same price or less elsewhere.

this is my first time ordering from BurgerIM and I got the duo but nowhere does it say they are sliders in fact the picture on their menu looks like regular size burgers/sandwiches plus the buns i ordered were supposed to be seasame seed but they weren't! Now having said that the taste of the grilled chicken sliders was OUTSTANDING!

The fries were pretty good and the 2 veggie burgers. But the nashville looks nothing like the picture. I got it based on that, thinking it wouldn't be like other chicken sandwiches I had, but it tastes like a McDonald's chicken patty and very little spice.
