Beignets were good but chicken was bland and too fatty for me. I'll definitely order beignets again but just skip the wings

Ordered two 32oz cups of gumbo. The gumbo looked more like jambalaya. No juice at all. Really was excited to eat gumbo not jambalaya. Most of the 32oz was rice. I removed the “gumbo” from the container and places it in a pot to warm. I now I have mushy rice and absolutely no juice. I took pictures before I warmed it and after. Very disappointed. Never had dry gumbo before.
