I ordered a grilled chicken tostada. Came as ordered with extra black beans and guacamole. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. I was a little perturbed that they did not include a fork😳 but was able to obtain one from motel lobby. Overall, really good; would order again.

Good sized portions, I'll give them that, but... when I pay extra for a side of guacamole I would prefer that 2/3 of it isn't black. When they put it in the container they could clearly see that it was black but they sent it out anyway. The "Fresh Lime Pie" was soggy mush, that didn't resemble the photo in any way.
The "Chicken & Elotes" really was a good portion size, but it was so spicy I couldn't eat most of it. I asked for the mild sauce and it WAS mild and flavorful, but the dish itself was covered in the spicy red sauce... I don't know if the mistake was mine or theirs but when I asked for mild sauce I didn't expect it to be " in addition to" the spicy sauce. I dug to the bottom and ate what I could- the rice was amazing! Lots of chicken, but I can't comment on the "Elotes" because everything just tasted like hot sauce.
I'm trying not to be a total negative Nancy, but if you're sensitive to spice, make it very clear that there is to be no hot sauce in the dish.

The salad was great, as usual but the drink was awful. I think that there was some miss in it b it tasted like weak kool aid rather than the delectable Strawberry Lemonade (Craft Specialty). Yuck. I couldn't drink it!

I ordered a chicken burrito and double chicken enchiladas with Hatch green chili sauce. I don't know if it's just the region but the Hatch chilie Verde was sweet and not spicy at all....not what I am used to and honestly I'm not a fan.
The portion sizes were huge and everything was fresh and prepared correctly.

I like cafe rio, and occasionally go every three weeks or so. I get a grilled chicken burrito with pinto beans and rice. But todays order was just not it, instead I was given a shredded chicken burrito with VERY little to no beans or rice. I'm very much disappointed.
