Terrible food. Terrible execution. Need to train the preparers. This can not be the expected concept. Meat was dry. Toppings & seasoning missing. Third try with this place. Good concept. Terrible food.

Classic Meatball sandwich was completely raw meat , and Classic Italian bread was soggy the bread fell a part. Really disappointed, normally love these sandwiches

Good but growing up in the deep south, I feel like it lacks a bit of flavor/seasoning so I'm just biased. The meat is thick cut which is great. The pricing is fair. The Brookie 10/10 for sure though.

OMG can I say how delicious my American Wagyu Roast Beef was seasoned and my hubby Impossible Cheese Steak was AH-MAZING!! THE Naked Fries Regular were good too. we were pleasantly surprised how seasoned and just really good our meals were. 5 stars well deserved!!
