Oh my goodness. The Classic Meatball was amazing. Absolutely delicious, the meatballs were huge, perfectly seasoned, arrived warm and was carefully wrapped. Ever that I have tried from Capriotti's has been over the top!

$18.99 for a mediocre sub on soft bread that clearly wasnt fresh. Wagyu roast beef is fine but when 60% of the sub is lettuce it doesnt really work. Won't be ordering again.

The turkey sandwich was super, super dry. The salad was ok but kinda small for 10 bucks. I ended up taking off the toppings on the half that i did not eat and made a new sandwich on my own bread with condiments.

The Naked Fries Regular were burnt. I'm ok with certain sloppy sandwiches but this Homemade Turkey sandwich was VERY poorly made. I requested to leave the mayonnaise and mustard but received neither. The worst part, my bottom bread was missing! What happened??? I've eaten from you before but today was extremely disappointing.

The BBQ Chicken salad which I ordered with extra chicken had three small pieces chicken. Cole slaw and sub were good. Salad was very disappointing.
